Butch Reed
Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Butch Reed co-founded World Desk Pro in 2000 and
has been the company's Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer ever since. Under his
leadership, World Desk Pro has grown to become a
leading provider of customer support software
and services.
A trailblazer in CRM, Mr. Reed
has been involved in the enterprise software
industry for 25 years. Mr. Reed is a
regular participant in industry publications and
is regarded as an industry expert on software
solutions for optimized business processes.
Prior to founding World Desk Pro Mr. Reed held
management positions with Andersen and IBM.
Mr. Reed holds a BA in
economics from Amherst College.
Steve Balto
Manager, Research and
Development
Steve Balto, has served as Manager of Research
and Development since June 2000. The Chief
Product Architect of the worlddeskpro framework,
Mr. Balto has been involved in the worlddeskpro
initiative from the start. Drawing on his
years of experience and a clear vision of the
software development landscape Mr. Balto wisely
chose the Microsoft .Net development platform as
the foundation of the worlddeskpro customer
support strategy. Mr Balto has been involved in
software development for 20 years. Most recently
at GE, Innovative Technologies and Intergraph
Mr. Balto holds a BA in
Computer Science from BYU.
Robert Leader
Manager, Solution
Delivery
Rob Leader, Manager, Solution Delivery, has been
with World Desk Pro since June 2000. Mr.
Leader is charged with the important task of
ensuring worlddekspro customer success.
Mr. Leader has been 100% successful in quickly
getting all World Desk Pro customers into
production. A software developer by training,
Mr. Leader has spent the past several years
managing large complex implementation projects.
Prior to joining World Desk Pro, Mr. Leader held
a number of software development and information
technology management positions at Peregrine,
Tivoli, and Computer Associates.
Mr. Leader holds a B.S. in
chemical engineering from Manhattan College and
an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Industrial
Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. |
