Clicklogistics Selects Web Based Customer Support Solution from World Desk Pro

Los Angeles (PR Newswire) April 24, 2001 – Clicklogistics, a leading provider of logistics technology and management services, announced today that it went live with web based customer support technology from World Desk Pro.

Clicklogistics hosts a web-native transportation management system (TMS) called Clicklogistics Online.  Since its launch in May of 2001, the system has acquired several thousand users from hundreds of companies, making it the hosted TMS with the largest installed base in the country.  With this growth, Clicklogistics’ customer service team required a customer support solution that gave their customers a quick and easy method of requesting service, as well as a tool for sharing Clicklogistics’ knowledge.
