migrated our hosting servers to our new state-of-the-art data center.
Your account is hosted in our new state-of-the-art data center in El
Segundo, California. The new data center features redundant Cisco routing &
switching equipment connecting to multiple Tier 1 providers via ultra-high bandwidth
connectivity. The worlddeskpro data center is also equipped with an industrial sized
UPS System & auto-switched power generators.
Bottom line; your data is secure, your access is
guaranteed.

uninterrupted power supply by APC and robotic back up from
ATL, you can rest assured that your ASP hosted help desk
is in reliable hands.
In
addition to the unquestionable performance of our system,
we have a team of experienced and certified staff ready to
answer any questions you may have. In fact, we have been
servicing ASP hosted help desks longer than many companies
have had web enabled applications.
worlddeskpro guarantees that Customer's helpdesk will be
available at least 99.9% of the time on a monthly basis.
Customer can request refund by showing that uptime for its
website is below this level in any given calendar month.
worlddeskpro will then refund Customer that month's
hosting service fees.
