Your account is hosted in our new state-of-the-art data center in El Segundo, California.  The new data center features redundant Cisco routing & switching equipment connecting to multiple Tier 1 providers via ultra-high bandwidth connectivity.  The worlddeskpro data center is also equipped with an industrial sized UPS System & auto-switched power generators.

worlddeskpro guarantees that Customer's helpdesk will be available at least 99.9% of the time on a monthly basis. Customer can request refund by showing that uptime for its website is below this level in any given calendar month. worlddeskpro will then refund Customer that month's hosting service fees.
